PRIVACY POLICY

1. What This Covers

This policy covers localseolouisville.com and the free SEO audit form on it. It is written to describe what actually happens to the details you send, in plain language rather than in the usual boilerplate.

Louisville Local SEO does local SEO for home service businesses in Louisville, Kentucky. If anything here is unclear, ask through the contact form and we will answer it. The main Louisville Local SEO site explains what the business actually does.

2. What We Collect

One form on this site collects anything at all, and it collects five things, all of them typed in by you:

  • Your business name
  • Your trade
  • Your main services
  • Your current website address, if you have one
  • An email address to send the audit to

3. What We Do Not Collect

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising tags. There is no account to create, no password to store, and no payment details are handled anywhere on this site.

We do not build a profile of you, and nothing you do on the site is tracked between visits.

4. Where It Goes

When you submit the form, the five fields above are sent straight to our own email inbox using Resend, an email delivery service. They are not written to a database, because this site does not have one.

We use that information for one purpose: to prepare the audit you asked for and to reply to you about it. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone else.

5. Companies That Handle Data For Us

Three services are involved in running this site, and each sees a limited slice:

  • Vercel hosts the site. Like any web host, its servers log requests, which includes your IP address.
  • Resend delivers the form submission to our inbox. It processes what you typed in order to send it.
  • Google Fonts serves the two typefaces this site uses. Your browser requests them from Google, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

6. How Long We Keep It

Your submission stays in our email inbox for as long as we might reasonably need it, which usually means while we are working with you or following up. There is no separate database copy to delete.

If you ask us to delete it, we delete the emails.

7. Your Choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, or ask us to delete it. Send that request through the contact form and we will action it and confirm when it is done.

You are never added to a mailing list by filling in the form. If we email you about something else and you would rather we did not, say so and we will stop.

8. Changes To This Policy

If this changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no version history to dig through, because the policy is short enough to reread.
